1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and acknowledged by us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
2. Payments & Cancellations
- Prices mentioned on our website are indicative and may vary based on travel dates, customization, and availability.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash (as communicated during booking).
- Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation:
- 7 days before travel – 100% refund.
- 3–6 days before travel – 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days – No refund.
3. Itinerary & Changes
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like weather, transport issues, or government restrictions.
- Any additional costs due to changes initiated by the client (like hotel upgrades or extra stops) will be borne by the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must carry valid identity proof during travel.
- You are expected to behave respectfully with guides, drivers, and co-travelers.
- Any loss or damage to property caused intentionally or through negligence will be your responsibility.
5. Travel Documents
- For travel by air or train, you are responsible for carrying correct documents (ID, tickets, etc.).
- We are not liable for issues arising due to missing or incorrect documents.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Pranav Tours & Travels acts as an agent between you and hotels, transport providers, and other third-party vendors.
- We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
8. Use of Website
- All content on this website is owned by Pranav Tours & Travels. You may not copy, reuse, or modify our materials without permission.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
